Returns and Cancellations Policy
Our policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unused
- Have all tags attached and be in its original packaging
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, contact us at aliasbrain@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom products, special orders, or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 days
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification. The item must be in the same original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before confirming it. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. For any urgent requests, contact us immediately at aliasbrain@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days on your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at aliasbrain@gmail.com.
